Many of the people I work with look capable and accomplished from the outside, yet quietly feel scattered, tired, and disconnected from themselves.

My work brings together two things that are usually kept apart: the depth of traditional yogic wisdom and the clarity of modern, evidence-based coaching. Together they help you move from reacting to your days to living them on purpose.

Quiet credentials

ICF-accredited. Fifteen-plus years of yoga teaching and therapy. Certified in performance, transformational wellness, and menopause coaching. A Master's in Chemistry, and twelve years teaching values and philosophy.
