Her story

For years I watched people work on their bodies, minds, and spirits in isolation. They stayed busy, fit, even successful, and quietly ungrounded.

My own midlife and menopause years brought a sudden life shift that left no room to look away. It became clear, in a way I could not unsee, that real change begins inside, in the quiet work of attention, breath, and honest reflection.

During the pandemic, I formalised what had long been a calling. I trained as an ICF-accredited life coach, then added performance, transformational wellness, and menopause certifications, layered on fifteen-plus years of yoga teaching and therapy.

I am a practising Hindu, rooted in Sanatan Dharma. Studying positive psychology, I kept hearing ancient teachings echo through it: self-care held with discipline, resilience in service of joy, purpose anchored in values, gratitude as a path to inner alignment. The bridge between the two became my work.

From this bridge came the ANCHOR framework, built on the Body-Mind-Spirit pillars, and the Alignment Wheel. They give shape to a belief I hold close: being matters more than doing, and the doing flows from there.

What I offer is a safe, non-judgemental space, warm enough for the tender parts, structured enough for the brave ones.

The ANCHOR framework, in full.

Six steady steps. Each one builds on the last. None of them ask you to be someone you are not.

  1. A01

    Awareness

We begin by noticing honestly where you are, in body, mind, and emotion, without judgement.

  2. N02

    Navigate and Nourish

We name the patterns that drain you and the practices that quietly restore you.

  3. C03

    Center with Clarity

We return to your values so decisions stop pulling you in five directions at once.

  4. H04

    Harmonize

We bring body, mind, and spirit into a steadier rhythm with practices that fit a real life.

  5. O05

    Own

You take quiet, deliberate ownership of your choices, your time, and your inner state.

  6. R06

    Root and Rise

Rooted in who you are, you move outward into work, relationships, and purpose with calm momentum.

In plain, modern language

Pranayama
Breath as a direct lever for the nervous system.
Tapas
Disciplined practice, the engine behind lasting habits.

Contentment as a felt state, not a destination.
Svadhyaya
Self-study, the reflective work positive psychology relies on.

How I work

A safe, non-judgemental space.

Our work moves through an unhurried arc: understanding where you are now, clarifying where you want to be, reconnecting you with your own inner wisdom, and rekindling steady discipline.

You do not need to arrive polished or ready. You only need to arrive honestly.

  1. 01Where you are now, with honesty and without judgement
  2. 02Where you want to be, made specific enough to walk toward
  3. 03Your inner wisdom, slowly remembered and trusted again
  4. 04Steady discipline, light enough to keep and strong enough to hold
